About

Luxegan is an online store selling jewellery, watches, handbags, wigs and hair, and womenswear. Everything is sold direct from luxegan.com. There are no other Luxegan storefronts and no retail shops.

There are around 22,800 products live on the site, arranged across roughly 740 collections.

What we actually sell

Most of what we stock is jewellery and watches. About nine in ten of the products live on the site sit in that group.

Handbags are the next largest range, with separate collections for women and men, plus a small selection of shoes.

We also run a hair department. It covers ready-to-wear and lace front wigs, closures and frontals, human hair bundles and extensions, and a few styling tools. It is a smaller part of the site than the jewellery, but it is where most of our orders have come from so far.

The clothing range is mostly dresses: mini, midi, maxi, and occasion gowns.

If you want to see what people buy most, start with Best Sellers. That page is built from real order history, not from a hand-picked list.

We do not sell electronics, cosmetics, baby products, fitness equipment or pet supplies. An older version of this page said we did. We have removed it.

Finding things

The catalogue is large, so the collections overlap on purpose. A single watch can sit in the main Watches collection, in a men's or women's collection, and in a style or price collection at the same time. If a category page is not showing you what you expected, the search box is usually quicker than the menu.

All prices are shown and charged in US dollars. Checkout runs on Shopify. The storefront has been running since October 2024.

Shipping

Orders take up to two business days to process before they ship. Standard delivery then runs 7 to 12 business days.

Shipping within the United States is free on orders of $50 or more. Below that, US delivery is charged by weight, starting at $4.90.

We ship internationally too. Canada, the United Kingdom, most of western Europe, Australia, New Zealand, and much of Asia and Africa are all served. Import taxes and duties on international orders are set by your own customs authority and are payable by you, not by us.

Please check your delivery address before you confirm an order. We cannot recover a parcel that has been sent to an address entered incorrectly.

You can follow an order from our tracking page using the tracking number in your shipping email.

Returns

You have 30 days from receiving an item to ask for a return. The item has to come back unworn or unused, with its tags on and in its original packaging, and you need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Email info@luxegan.com to start a return. Wait for us to reply before sending anything back, because parcels that arrive without an agreed return are not accepted. Once a return is approved we send you a return label and instructions on where to send the parcel.

Some things cannot be returned: sale items, gift cards, personalised or custom orders, and personal care goods. Approved refunds are issued as store credit.

If your order is going to an address in the European Union, you have a separate right to cancel within 14 days for any reason, on top of the 30-day return window above.

If something arrives damaged, defective or simply wrong, tell us as soon as you open the parcel and we will sort it out.
